As part of
it's ongoing mission to revitalize downtown, the Clarendon
Economic Development Corporation has purchased the Mulkey Theatre
and is leading a project to return it to operation. Since 2008,
more than $50,000 has been spent to preserve the building and
prevent further deterioration. The effort is now focused on
renewing the building's facade and lighting up its neon
marquee.
If you would
like to be a part of this effort to save an important part of
Clarendon's heritage, please consider making a donation through
one of the following methods:
Light up a Letter - $1,000 each
$1,000 will sponsor one letter of the Mulkey Theatre Marquee. The marquee contains 12 letters. You may request to sponsor a specific letter. With your sponsorship, your name will be permanently displayed at the Mulkey Theatre. You will be included at the “Saint” sponsorship level.
